The Toddler & Pre-K Room is a space for little ones who have graduated from our nursery program, but are not yet ready to join the big kids. The room is designed for little ones ages 2-4. In the The Toddler & Pre-K Room we provide activities, stories, lessons, and prayer all to help your child begin to foster a relationship with Jesus.
Toddler & Pre- K Room Check-In
Before Service
Before service you can check-in your child to the Toddler and Pre-K Room. Both the child, and the parent/guardian, will receive an identification number written on your hands. The identification number is only visible with a blacklight. This number is given as a security measure to make sure each child leaves with the same person they were checked in with.
During Service
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will be placed on the lower right hand side of the screen in the sanctuary. We ask that you exit the sanctuary immediately and head to The Toddler & Pre-K Room. Your child will receive this number upon checking in.
After Service
After the service is complete, return to The Toddler & Pre-K Room where both you and your child will need to show your matching numbers to the Kid’s Leader at the door before leaving the Kid’s Church area. Please make sure the parent/guardian picking up the child is the same as the one who checked in the child. Your child will not be allowed to leave with someone who does not have the matching identification number.

Q: Is The Toddler & Pre-K Room available both services?
A: No, The Toddler & Pre-K Room is only available during first service at this time.
Q: Can my child come into the adult services with me?
A: Absolutely! if you or your child are not ready for The Toddler & Pre-K Room they are more than welcome to attend the regular service with you.
Q: Is anyone allowed to volunteer in The Toddler & Pre-K Room?
A: To become a volunteer with our kids ministry, all adults have to pass a background test and be approved by staff at Hope Church before being allowed to serve in our kids ministry.
Q: Will my child ever be left alone with one adult?
A: No, for safety reasons, it is mandatory at Hope Church that there always be two adults present with the kids.
Q: Can I donate items to the The Toddler & Pre-K Room?
A: At this time we are only accepting books and snacks/drinks as donations.
