Learn about the safe spaces that we cultivate
for your children to encounter God for themselves
Kids' Church is designed for kids ages 5-9 and takes place during both of our Sunday morning services. Hope Church offers a place where children can discover and develop a passion for God. Each week is filled with energetic and uplifting worship, Bible lessons, and a variety of fun activities such as: crafts, games, and skits.
Here's what to expect when visiting Hope Kids for the first time:
First, head to our Kids' Church area. There you will be prompted to sign your child up and to sign your child into Kids' Church. Don't worry, someone will be there to help you through the process.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
Parent/guardian name(s)
Child's name
Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
If your attending Hope Church for the first time and you're not yet ready to drop your child off in kids' church, thats completely okay! Feel free to bring them into the service with you until you're ready to take that next step.
Before Service you can check-in your child to Kids' Church. Both the child, and the parent/guardian, will receive an identification number written on your hands. The identification number is only visible with a blacklight. This number is given as a security measure to make sure each child leaves with the same person they were checked in with.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will be placed on the lower right hand side of the screen in the sanctuary. We ask that you exit the sanctuary immediately and head to Kids' Church. Your child will recieve this number upon checking in.
After the service is complete, return to Kid’s Church where both you and your child will need to show your matching numbers to the Kid’s Leader at the door before leaving the Kid’s Church area. Please make sure the parent/guardian picking up the child is the same as the one who checked in the child. Your child will not be allowed to leave with someone who does not have the matching identification number.
